We build, renovate and develop commercial and public buildings. We deliver office, retail and commercial premises, production and logistics properties as well as industrial facilities and data centres to match our customers’ business needs. We develop and build schools, daycare centres, libraries, multipurpose buildings, hospitals as well as health and wellbeing centres.
We also carry out renovation projects, change-of-use projects and housing company refurbishment projects. We ensure customer orientation, functionality and usability of spaces throughout their lifecycle.
We develop environments where the use of spaces, utilisation of materials and waste management are considered as part of design and implementation. In the design phase, we use digital and other smart solutions to manage space use, indoor conditions and energy consumption. Energy-efficient solutions and planned maintenance can be used to control energy consumption and lifecycle emissions.
